At the invitation of Zhang Jian Entrepreneur College, on the morning of March 25, Tongfu Microelectronics Chairman Shi Mingda engaged in an interactive discussion with Xue Jiping, Chairman of Zhongtian Technology; Chen Jinshi, Chairman of the Board of Zhongnan; and Xue Weibin, Vice Chairman of Luolai—along with more than 140 young business leaders from private enterprises who were attending the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce's training program on ideals and beliefs for the younger generation of private-sector entrepreneurs. The conversation revolved around the theme "Corporate Growth and Entrepreneurs' Social Responsibility."

The conversation revolved around the theme "Corporate Growth and Entrepreneurs' Social Responsibility," bringing together more than 140 young business leaders from private enterprises who were participating in the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce's training program on ideals and beliefs for the younger generation of private-sector entrepreneurs.

　　As the chairman of Shimingda and a recipient of the second "Zhang Jian Cup" award for Outstanding Entrepreneurs in Nantong, Chairman Shi Mingda shared with the participants his insights on Tongfu Microelectronics' growth journey as well as the social responsibilities of entrepreneurs.

　　He shared: "We must thank this wonderful era, the Party's excellent policies, and the nation's rapid development—for they have provided entrepreneurs like us with countless opportunities for growth. When it comes to running a business, sustainable growth is the key principle. Although we face many challenges and obstacles, these can often be overcome through continued progress. And as we move forward, we must remain committed to innovation—innovation in our products, breakthroughs in technology, improvements in our operational mechanisms, and even fresh, creative ways of thinking."

　　He encouraged the trainees, saying that opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared—so think one step ahead and ensure your preparations are thorough. Don’t fear failure or risk; instead, embrace innovation, dare to put ideas into practice, and keep moving forward—because the path will open up right in front of you!
