This time, over 310,000 yuan was distributed, benefiting 120 families in financial difficulty.

　　Huada Group and its controlling company, Tongfu Microelectronics, employ over 10,000 people. As the workforce continues to grow, the number of employees facing financial hardships due to various reasons has also been increasing year by year. Each year, though the amount distributed as Spring Festival relief funds may not seem substantial per individual recipient, it genuinely brings warmth and much-needed support to employees in need—especially those who are struggling after retirement.

　　In 2007, the Nantong Huada Charitable Foundation was established. The Huada Group has donated 560,000 yuan annually ever since, and starting in 2021, the annual contribution increased to 1 million yuan. As of this year, the foundation has successfully held 16 consecutive Spring Festival慰问金 (condolence gift) distribution events.
