Tongfutongke Holds Its First Members' Congress and Establishes the Trade Union

On the afternoon of February 8, the first Members' Congress of Tongfutongke Trade Union was held in the training classroom of the Shibe North Talent Apartments. Zhang Xiaowei, Chairman of the Chongchuan District Qinzao Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions; Ji Hongbin, Deputy General Manager of Tongfutongke; Mao Xiangrong, Director of the Tongfu Microelectronics Trade Union Office; and 50 member representatives from Tongke attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Dan, Head of the Trade Union Preparatory Group.

　　On the afternoon of February 8, the first session of the Tongfu Tongke Trade Union Members' Congress was held in the training classroom of the Shinan Talent Apartments. Zhang Xiaowei, Chairman of the Chongchuan District Qinzao Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions; Ji Hongbin, Deputy General Manager of Tongfu Tongke; Mao Xiangrong, Director of the Tongfu Microelectronics Trade Union Office; and 50 member representatives from Tongke attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Dan, Head of the Trade Union Preparatory Group.

　　The meeting followed the relevant provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Constitution of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, ensuring that democratic procedures were duly observed. The congress heard the preparatory report presented by the organizing committee, reviewed and approved the election procedures, and adopted the list of vote counters, tally clerks, and poll watchers. Through a secret ballot with proportional representation, a nine-member trade union committee was elected, including Zhu Dan and eight other members.

　　At the meeting, Jihongbin, Deputy General Manager of Tongfutongke, delivered a speech. He stated that from company registration and project signing to actual production commencement, Tongfutongke completed the entire process in just two months and eight days, setting a new "Nantong Speed," "Chongchuan Speed," and "Tongfu Speed." Guided by the group's core corporate culture principle of "people-oriented," Tongfutongke is committed to providing employees with a comfortable work and living environment, ensuring they fully feel the warmth of the Tongke family. He expressed his hope that the first-ever Trade Union Committee of Tongfutongke will further strengthen its own development, passionately inspire employees' enthusiasm for work, foster an even more pleasant atmosphere for both work and life, and organize a wider range of engaging cultural and sports activities. Ultimately, he urged the committee to unite efforts toward the sustainable growth of Tongfutongke, contributing the "Tongke Power" to the realization of the group's shared "Tongfu Dream"!

　　Entrusted by Zhu Haibin, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics Union, Mao Xiangrong, Director of the Union Office, delivered a speech. Director Mao warmly congratulated the establishment of the Tongfu Tongke Union, expressing that the Tongfu Microelectronics Union will continue to care for and support the work of the Tongfu Tongke Union, doing everything within its power to help Tongke further strengthen its union presence. He emphasized their commitment to fostering the union organization so it can play an even greater role in advancing Tongke's development and growth!

　　Zhang Xiaowei, Chairman of the Qin Zao Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a concluding speech at the conference, urging Tongke Union to further strengthen its ties with employees, serve workers wholeheartedly with a strong sense of responsibility, and fully leverage the role of the Party as a vital bridge connecting it closely with the masses.

　　At the first plenary meeting of the inaugural committee of Tongfu Tongke's first trade union, Comrade Zhu Dan was elected as the chairman of the trade union; Comrades Wang Xiaojiang and Lü Baojian (female) were appointed as vice chairpersons of the trade union; Comrade Wu Weihua was chosen as the director of the Trade Union Fund Supervisory Committee, with Zhang Jiamin and Wang Zhiqiang serving as committee members. Additionally, Comrade Lü Baojian will concurrently hold the position of director of the Women Workers' Committee, while Lu Li and Xu Weiwei have been appointed as committee members of the same committee.
