The meeting featured three key agenda items: first, President Shi Lei delivered the annual work report; second, company leaders announced the decisions recognizing outstanding teams and individuals from the Group Corporation for 2020; and third, Chairman Shi Mingda delivered an important keynote speech. The theme of this year's event was: "Standing at a High Starting Point, Striving Forward on a New Journey, and Writing a New Chapter of High-Quality Development for Tongfu." He noted that 2020 was a year worthy of being vividly recorded in Tongfu's development journey. Throughout the year, all employees united as one, successfully achieving zero infections in epidemic prevention and control, while also surpassing 10 billion yuan in business revenue and exceeding 50 billion yuan in output value—securing a dual victory that contributed significantly to Nantong's entry into the "Trillion-Yuan Club." In addition, the Group saw a notable improvement in production efficiency this year; both the headquarters and its joint ventures expanded in scale, leading to substantial gains in profitability. Moreover, the introduction of new product innovations accelerated, with more projects being launched faster than ever before. Meanwhile, construction projects and production line relocations progressed steadily, further enhancing operational capabilities. Customer satisfaction reached new heights, enabling Tongfu to clinch top rankings and accolades across multiple client evaluations. Looking back on 2020, the Group also witnessed breakthroughs in critical technologies. Significant advancements were made in advanced packaging technologies, while the total number of patent applications surpassed 1,000—a milestone that underscores our commitment to innovation. On the management front, the year brought impressive results as well. The talent pool continued to grow stronger, bolstered by the establishment of Tongfu Academy. Additionally, the company successfully obtained AEO certification from customs authorities, securing robust financial support for its ongoing growth initiatives. Finally, throughout the year, Tongfu’s corporate culture and values took deeper root within the organization. Employee engagement in cultural and sports activities flourished, demonstrating our dedication to fostering a vibrant workplace. At the same time, employee care initiatives were effectively implemented, ensuring that staff members felt valued and supported. 　　Next, the president outlined specific plans for the Group’s 2021 operations across seven key areas: "Focusing on the Four Red Lines to Ensure Steady and Sustainable Progress," "Focusing on the Sales Department to Drive Order Growth," "Focusing on Operational Management to Boost Efficiency," "Focusing on Major Projects to Guarantee Investment Returns," "Focusing on Management Transformation to Enhance Development Vitality," and "Focusing on People-Oriented Strategies to Strengthen Team Cohesion." He emphasized that 2021 marks the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan period—and also serves as a pivotal year for Tongfu Microelectronics as it sets out from a strong foundation and embarks on a new journey of advancement. Drawing inspiration from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s guidance during his inspection of Jiangsu Province, he urged the company to vigorously carry forward Zhang Zhiben’s spirit, steadfastly uphold the overarching principle of pursuing progress while maintaining stability, and treat past achievements as a fresh starting point for even greater success.
