The company hosted a special lecture on "Learning from Zhang Zhibai's Spirit."

Following the requirements outlined in the document titled "Notice on Organizing Activities to Study and Promote the 'Zhang Jian Spirit' and Strengthen Corporate Culture Building" (Tongfu Zi [2020] No. 032), the company held a special lecture on the "Zhang Jian Spirit" in the tiered classroom on the afternoon of January 4.

　　Following the requirements outlined in the document "Notice on Organizing Activities to Study and Promote the 'Zhang Jian Spirit' and Strengthen Corporate Culture Building" (Tongfu Zi [2020] No. 032), the company hosted a special lecture on the "Zhang Jian Spirit" in the阶梯教室 (Step-by-Step Classroom) on the afternoon of January 4. The lecture was chaired by Shen Sumin, Special Assistant to the President and Executive Deputy Director of the President's Office. Nearly 100 participants attended, including President Shi Lei, company leaders, heads of various administrative and production management departments, as well as students from Tongfu College's Leading-Class, Flying-Class, and Awakening-Class programs.

　　This lecture features Professor Huang Zhengping, a renowned expert in the study of Zhang Zhiben's spirit and the entrepreneurial ethos of Jiangsu-based business leaders. Starting with an introduction to Zhang Zhiben's life, Professor Huang highlights how Zhang demonstrated a profound dedication to serving the nation through industry, as well as his deep-rooted patriotism—qualities that were evident in his pioneering efforts to establish enterprises, schools, libraries, and hospitals.

　　After the lecture, President Shi Lei said, "It’s meaningful that we held a special seminar on 'Zhang Jian’s Spirit' on our very first workday of the new year. Looking back at this pioneering figure, Zhang Jian founded the Dasheng Textile Mill in his time—back then, it was at the forefront of advanced manufacturing. Similarly, the integrated circuit packaging and testing business that Tongfu Microelectronics is engaged in today is also a cutting-edge industry. By continuously learning and embracing Zhang Jian’s forward-thinking principles, we can excel in our current endeavors, contributing even more to the growth of Tongfu Microelectronics and playing a greater role in revitalizing China’s thriving integrated circuit industry."
