On December 17, Chongchuan District held a press conference on its new talent policies and the launch ceremony of the Innovation Service Team. Liu Hao, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the District Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. Xi Ronghua, Member of the District Party Committee and Minister of Organization, presented a detailed introduction to the district's new talent initiatives.

At the meeting, Wang Yaxiong, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee's Organization Department and Director of the Municipal Talent Office, along with Huang Weifeng, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor, presented a 500,000-yuan reward to Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd., and one other expert selected for the National Organization Department's "Ten Thousand Talents Program."
In 2017, President Shi Lei was successfully selected as a leading young scientist and innovator under the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Ten Thousand Talents Program."
