The Group Party Committee holds a work conference.

On the morning of February 8, the Party Committee of Nantong Huada Microelectronics Group held a working meeting. Li Jinjian, Secretary of the Party Committee, and other committee members attended the meeting, which was chaired by Fei Liansheng, Director of the Group Party Committee Office.

At the meeting, members of the Party Committee collectively studied the report and the Party Constitution from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; reviewed and approved candidates for organizational development in the second half of 2022; and deliberated on and approved the formalization of probationary party members in the same period.

The meeting preliminarily reviewed the draft list of development candidates proposed by each Party branch for 2023 and examined the draft version of the Group Party Committee’s 2023 work plan. This year’s key initiatives outlined in the Group Party Committee’s work plan include studying the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; organizing timely leadership transitions within the Group Party Committee, Tongfu Party Committee, and all Party branches; applying to become a demonstration site for grassroots Party building in Nantong City; establishing the Tongfu Tongke Party Branch; strengthening the construction of the 0A-based Party building platform; striving to create an advanced “Dual-Strong” Party organization; and cultivating distinctive highlights and brand-building efforts—thus contributing the collective strength of Party organizations to vigorously write a brilliant “chip” chapter in Tongfu’s journey toward high-quality development.

The meeting emphasized that all Party branches must adhere to established standards, ensure quality, optimize the structure, and maximize the role of newly developed members. A dedicated person should be assigned to oversee their assessment and cultivation, with particular attention paid to individual qualities, moral character, and achievements. Additionally, the information forms for development candidates should now include the date they joined the company. Priority should be given to recruiting outstanding management and technical talents into the Party organization.
