Tongfu Microelectronics Holds the Group's Third-Quarter Safety Production Conference

On the afternoon of September 28, Tongfu Microelectronics held the Group's Third-Quarter Safety Production Work Conference. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Xiaoping, Executive Deputy Director of the Group's Safety Committee.

　　At the meeting, Dai Jinwen, Director of the Group Safety Committee Office, first reported on the group's safety performance for the first three quarters and outlined the safety plan for the fourth quarter. Each of the group's branch factories then presented their respective updates on safe production efforts. President Shi Lei attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, emphasizing that now is a critical period as the group strives vigorously to achieve its annual goals—especially with the upcoming National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, making safe production even more vital. He stressed the need to strike a balanced approach between ensuring workplace safety and driving business growth, thereby guaranteeing the successful completion of this year's objectives. Finally, he expressed gratitude to all branch factories and departments for their dedicated efforts in maintaining zero accidents in safety production, urging everyone to sustain this commitment moving forward.

　　At the conclusion of the meeting, Zhang Xiaoping, Executive Deputy Director of the Group’s Safety Committee, delivered a summary speech. He encouraged everyone to consistently uphold the theme of "Preventing Risks, Eliminating Hazards, and Curbing Accidents." Only through scientifically managing risks and thoroughly addressing potential hazards can the group truly achieve long-term stability and security.
