On September 25, Huang Qin, Secretary of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee, led a party and government delegation to visit Nantong Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research. Xu Huimin, Secretary of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, accompanied the delegation, along with Wang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Nantong.

Shi Mingda, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics, and Zhuang Zhenming, General Manager of Nantong Tongfu, respectively briefed the delegation on the company group's operations and the progress of the major provincial project construction at the Sutong Plant.
