Tongfu Microelectronics Holds Expanded Meeting of the Safety Production Committee

On the afternoon of April 24, 2023, Tongfu Microelectronics held the second (expanded) meeting of its 2023 Safety Production Committee. Attendees included members of the Safety Committee, heads of various departments, and safety grid coordinators. The meeting was chaired by Chang Xuejun Zhu Chi, Executive Deputy Director of the Safety Committee.

At the meeting, attendees were briefed on the progress of safety production work in the first quarter of 2023, key priorities for the second quarter, and the safety arrangements during the "May Day" holiday period. The meeting also conveyed the spirit of the special training session on enhancing safety production risk management held in Chongchuan District, followed by a screening of the safety education documentary, "Case Studies on Accident Warnings."
President Shi Lei attended the meeting and delivered important instructions. The president emphasized that the accidents shown in the video were deeply distressing, and we must remain constantly vigilant, fostering a strong sense of mission and responsibility to rigorously, thoroughly, and meticulously ensure safe production practices.

The president emphasized that in 2022, the global situation was turbulent and unpredictable, while domestically, the circumstances remained intricate and complex—conditions that continue to persist today. In response, we must maintain a clear and sober understanding, as these challenges could give rise to instability and trigger emotional shifts among our employees. Therefore, leaders at all levels should pay special attention to and actively address the emotional well-being and mental health of their teams. At the same time, management practices must become increasingly refined and proactive, enabling us to promptly identify potential instabilities and risks inherent in the current environment—and, most importantly, to robustly implement measures that safeguard against safety-related hazards in production.

Finally, the president once again thanked everyone for their continuous efforts and dedication to safe production work.
