Tongfu Microelectronics Union Holds Employee Symposium

To listen to employees' voices, promptly understand their thoughts and sentiments, further foster a positive corporate culture, and enhance the quality of union activities, Tongfu Microelectronics Union recently organized and held employee representative forums for the A2 Branch and A1 Branch, directly gathering feedback and suggestions from staff. Nearly 40 employee representatives from various roles—including department leaders, technical managers, and frontline production workers—participated in the discussions.
Subsequently, the union will also hold a symposium with employee representatives from other branches.
