　　On the morning of September 20, the opening ceremony for Tongfu Institute's Leadership Program was held in the company's auditorium. Over 60 executives at the director level and above—from the group headquarters and various branch factories—attended the ceremony as participants of the program. Chairman Shi Mingda attended the event and delivered a speech, emphasizing that Tongfu Institute serves as the company’s dedicated platform for nurturing managerial talent and cultivating future leaders. Following the opening ceremony, specially invited instructors from the institute conducted an engaging training session titled "Corporate Culture and Core Values" for the participants.

It seeks to enhance the leadership capabilities of senior managers and build a robust talent pool of high-caliber professionals for the company. The launch of the Leadership Program marks Tongfu Academy's successful establishment of a three-tiered training framework—namely, "Launch," "Takeoff," and "Leadership"—which, through carefully tailored curriculum planning, creates a comprehensive cadre-training system that spans from junior-level staff all the way up to executive positions.
