Voluntary blood donation is a reflection of an individual's spiritual and moral character, and when combined, it becomes one of the key indicators of a company's level of civility. In June 2023, 96 employees from Tongfu Microelectronics' headquarters participated in the union-organized voluntary blood drive, donating a total of 31,800 milliliters of blood; meanwhile, 46 employees from Tongfu Nantong also joined the initiative, contributing 15,300 milliliters of blood.
