Tongfu Microelectronics Launches a Series of "Safety Production Month" Activities — Focused Training Session on Safety Production Knowledge

Recently, the Security Department of Tongfu Microelectronics' Chongchuan Factory, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and the Trade Union, organized a special training session on workplace safety knowledge. The session featured a specially invited city-level safety expert as the instructor, and was attended by departmental safety grid members, employee representatives, as well as newly hired college graduates. The training covered key topics such as an overview and general principles of the revised Jiangsu Province Workplace Safety Regulations, safety assurance measures for production and operation entities, emergency response and investigation procedures for production safety incidents, and updated adjustments to relevant penalty rules.

Recently The Security Department of Tongfu Microelectronics' Chongchuan Plant, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and the Trade Union, organized a special training session on workplace safety knowledge. The event featured a lecture delivered by a city-level safety expert, and was attended by departmental safety grid members, employee representatives, as well as newly hired university graduates. The training covered key topics such as an overview and general principles of the revised Jiangsu Province Workplace Safety Regulations, safety assurance measures for production and operation entities, emergency response and investigation procedures for production safety incidents, and updated adjustments to penalty rules.

The Executive Deputy Director of the Group’s Safety Committee and Chief Operating Officer, Chang Xuejun, attended the training session and delivered a motivational speech. Mr. Chang pointed out that recent safety incidents across the country have been truly alarming. The devastating fire at Weijiali Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd. in Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province on April 17, the major blaze at Beijing Changfeng Hospital on April 18, and the particularly severe gas explosion accident in Yinchuan on June 21—all were directly linked to weak safety awareness, insufficient safety knowledge, and a lack of essential safety skills. He emphasized that safety training and continuous learning, coupled with heightened safety consciousness, must always remain the top priority for ensuring safe production. Mr. Chang urged everyone to listen attentively during the session and, upon returning to their respective roles, to "always prioritize safety and constantly strive to learn about it." Together, he encouraged participants to "keep safety firmly in mind at all times," working collaboratively to maintain the company’s stability and security while safeguarding their own well-being and health.

At the conclusion of the event, Dai Jinwen, Director of the Group’s Safety Committee Office, summarized the training session. Mr. Dai emphasized that ensuring safe production is a long and challenging journey ahead. After the event, all departmental safety grid members are encouraged to diligently share the key takeaways from this training with their teams, effectively enhancing the safety awareness of every company employee. Following this, Mr. Dai offered some special words of advice to the newly hired university graduates.
