The Group Party Committee Office Conducts Knowledge Training on Developing Party Members

To further standardize the quality of party member development work across all Party branches within the Group and ensure a thorough understanding of key milestones and procedures, the Group Party Committee Office organized a knowledge-training session on party member development for organizational committee members from each branch on the afternoon of July 20.
The training was conducted based on the content of the "Comprehensive Record Manual for CPC Member Development Work" provided by the higher-level Party organization. Fei Liansheng, Director of the Party Committee Office, led the organizational committee members from each branch in a detailed interpretation of 39 specific items spanning five key stages: application for Party membership, identification and cultivation/education of active candidates, determination and evaluation of development targets, acceptance of probationary Party members, and the subsequent education, assessment, and formalization process for these probationary members.
