-- National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference member Shi Weidong and his delegation visited Tongfu Microelectronics for an inspection and research.

On February 27, Shi Weidong, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Jiu San Society, and former President of Nantong University, along with his delegation, visited Tongfu Microelectronics to listen to the company's views on the proposal titled "Promoting the Market-Oriented Development of Public Service Platforms for the Integrated Circuit Industry and Achieving High-Quality Growth." President’s Special Assistant Shen Sumin and others welcomed the delegation.

-- District Party Secretary Hu Yongjun leads a team to Tongfu Tongke to inspect safety production work.

On February 26, Hu Yongjun, Secretary of the Chongchuan District Party Committee, led experts from the fire safety and housing construction sectors to conduct an in-depth inspection of safety production at Tongfutongke. Ji Hongbin, General Manager of Tongfutongke; Wu Pinzhong, General Manager of the Factory Management Center; and Dai Jinwen, Director of the Group’s Safety Committee Office, among others, were present to welcome the delegation.

-- Chongchuan District Holds Innovation and Development Conference; Tongfu Microelectronics and Individuals Win Multiple Honors Again

On February 24, the Chongchuan District Innovation and Development Conference was held at the Gengsu Theatre. Hu Yongjun, Secretary of the District Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yang Wanping, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, presided over the event. During the conference, Zhang Mingxing, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Minister of Organization, and Minister of United Front Work, read out the list of science and technology enterprises and talents that had received national and provincial-level awards. Tongfu Microelectronics was honored as one of the "Top 10 Talent-Attracting and Retaining Enterprises in Chongchuan District for 2023," and Hu Wenlong, Vice President of the company, took the stage to accept the award on behalf of the organization. Additionally, Zheng Ziqi, General Manager of the company's Technology Center and CTO of Advanced Packaging, was awarded the "National Major Talent Project Award."

-- Xiamen Tongfu Undergoes Joint Audit for AEO Certification Management

On February 23, Xiamen Tongfu officially passed the high-level certification audit conducted by Xiamen Customs, becoming a Customs AEO-certified enterprise. With this advanced AEO certification, the company can now enjoy preferential treatments at both "international" and "domestic & international" levels, helping to enhance its import and export creditworthiness both domestically and abroad. Additionally, it will gain priority access to streamlined customs procedures for registration, filing, and clearance of imported and exported goods, as well as benefit from multi-departmental collaborative reward policies designed to support businesses across the board.

-- Tongfu Microelectronics and individuals receive multiple honors

On February 23, the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone held its 2024 Annual Business Environment and Work Style Improvement Conference. During the meeting, the conference announced the 2023 commendation decisions for the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone, honoring Tongfu Microelectronics with three prestigious awards: "Advanced Unit for Tax Contribution," "Outstanding Enterprise for High-Quality Development," and "Advanced Collective in Safety Production" for 2023.

On February 23, Nantong City’s Beihai High-tech Zone held its 2023 Annual Summary Meeting and the 2024 Mobilization Conference for the "Dual Attraction and Dual Introduction Quality Enhancement Year" initiative. Tongfu Microelectronics’ Tongfu Tongke Factory was awarded the title of "Growth Star Enterprise," while Chairman Shi Lei was honored as the "Beihai Luminary Entrepreneur."

-- Leaders from the Municipal Intermediate People's Court and the Municipal People's Procuratorate visit Chairman Shi Lei, a National People's Congress representative

On February 22, on the eve of the Two Sessions nationwide, Liu Kun, President of the Nantong Intermediate People's Court, and Yun Aimin, Procurator-General of the Nantong People's Procuratorate, along with their delegation, paid a visit to Shi Lei, Chairman of the company and a member of the National People's Congress.

Dean Liu Kun exchanged views with Chairman Shi. In 2023, the court's work progress was reviewed, and discussions were held regarding the current status of accepting intellectual property and technology-related cases. Together, participants explored ways to further enhance the professional development of the Nantong Intellectual Property Court in 2024.

-- Tongfu Microelectronics' Sutong Factory (referred to as Nantong Tongfu) holds the inauguration ceremony for its Phase III and marks the installation of the first equipment on the 2.5D/3D product line.

On February 21, Yu Yuesong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Suzhou-Suzhou-Tongzhou Industrial Park; Huang Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee; Wang Hongbo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee; Mao Zhibin, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Shi Mingda, Honorary Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics; and Shi Lei, Chairman and President of Tongfu Microelectronics, attended the ceremony. Nearly 50 representatives, including heads of relevant departments from the Suzhou-Suzhou-Tongzhou Industrial Park and company executives and employees, also participated in the event. The ceremony was hosted by Xia Xin, Executive Vice President and COO of Tongfu Microelectronics.

On February 21, Shi Xiaopeng, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, led a team to Tongfu Microelectronics for an on-site调研 focusing on the operation of the "Digital IIT" platform and the company's progress in resuming production and work. Chen Zhiyong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Department of Industry and Information Technology, along with Shao Min, Director of the Chongchuan District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied the visit. Hu Wenlong, Vice President of Tongfu Microelectronics, and Ding Xi, Special Assistant to the President, welcomed the delegation.

-- Tongfu Microelectronics Organizes Comprehensive Safety Inspection Ahead of Spring Festival

On the afternoon of February 5, Tongfu Microelectronics' Safety Production Committee held its second (expanded) meeting of 2024, chaired by Xia Xin, Executive Deputy Director of the company's Safety Committee, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. The meeting outlined arrangements for the comprehensive safety inspection ahead of the Spring Festival as well as for ensuring safe production during the holiday period. Later that day, on February 6, Shi Lei, Chairman, President, and Director of Tongfu Microelectronics' Safety Committee, led a team to conduct a pre-Spring-Festival safety inspection of the company's key security areas, including the hazardous chemical warehouse.

-- Ceremony Marks the Golden Roofing of Tongfu Chaowei (Suzhou) Microelectronics Phase I Factory

On February 4, coinciding with the beginning of spring in the Year of the Dragon, Tongfu Chaowei Suzhou held the auspicious ceremony to officially seal the golden roof of its Phase I microelectronics facility. Tongfu Microelectronics Honorary Chairman Shi Mingda and Chairman & President Shi Lei attended the event. Also present were Guo Ruiliang, General Manager of Tongfu Chaowei Suzhou; Wu Pinzhong, General Manager of Tongfu Microelectronics' Corporate Affairs Center; along with the entire management team and employee representatives from the Suzhou plant, as well as representatives from the construction and supervision teams.

During his speech, Chairman and President Shi Lei first extended warm congratulations on behalf of the Group Company to all employees of Tongfu Superwatt Suzhou, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in the project construction!
