On the afternoon of May 15, Shi Lei, Chairman and President of Tongfu Microelectronics, as well as the specially appointed Dean of the School of Microelectronics (Integrated Circuit Institute) at Nantong University, was invited to deliver a special report on "The Spirit of the Two Sessions" at Nantong University. Lu Bing, Secretary of the college's Party Branch, chaired the seminar. Over 400 faculty and student representatives from the School of Microelectronics (Integrated Circuit Institute) and the School of Information Science and Technology attended the event.

Deliver a special report sharing insights on the "Spirit of the Two Sessions"

On the afternoon of May 15, Shi Lei, Chairman and President of Tongfu Microelectronics, as well as the specially appointed Dean of the School of Microelectronics (School of Integrated Circuits) at Nantong University, was invited to deliver a special report on "The Spirit of the Two Sessions" at Nantong University. Lu Bing, Secretary of the college's Party Branch, chaired the seminar. Over 400 faculty and student representatives from the School of Microelectronics (School of Integrated Circuits) and the School of Information Science and Technology attended the event.

At the meeting, the Chairman briefly outlined the overall situation of the conference and emphasized the key points from General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the Jiangsu delegation's deliberations, as well as his personal reflections on attending the event. The Chairman stated that new-quality productivity should possess the characteristics of "vitality, momentum, and maximization," with the semiconductor industry serving as its core. He urged everyone to boldly take the lead, seize opportunities, and rise to the challenges ahead.

The Chairman stated that Tongfu Microelectronics will carry forward Zhang Zhiben’s spirit of "revitalizing the nation through industry and strengthening the country through education," while also inheriting his pioneering model of "win-win synergy between education and industry." By establishing a collaborative innovation platform for talent development that bridges academia and industry, the company aims to foster deep integration among the innovation chain, industrial chain, and talent pipeline. This initiative seeks to achieve mutual growth through the seamless convergence of "renowned cities, prestigious universities, and leading enterprises," ultimately contributing greater wisdom and strength toward building the college into a distinctive microelectronics (integrated circuit) institute that enjoys both provincial prominence and national influence.

Finally, the chairman also engaged in interactive discussions with the faculty and students on site, answering questions about industry development, students' academic studies, and entrepreneurship.
