Tongfu Microelectronics' "112" Fund Investment Project Officially Signed

On the afternoon of July 30, the Suxi-Tong Park and Tongfu Microelectronics held a signing ceremony for the investment agreement of Tongfu Microelectronics' "112" project fund at the Nantong International Conference Center. Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd., along with Wang Kai, Secretary of the Park's Party Committee; Yu Yuesong, Director of the Management Committee; and Mao Zhibin, Deputy Director of the Management Committee, attended the ceremony.

　　On the afternoon of July 30, the Suxi-Tongzhou Industrial Park and Tongfu Microelectronics held a signing ceremony for the investment agreement of Tongfu Microelectronics' "112" project fund at the Nantong International Conference Center. Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Wang Kai, Secretary of the Park's Party Committee, Yu Yuesong, Director of the Management Committee, and Mao Zhibin, Deputy Director of the Management Committee, attended the ceremony.

　　The Su-Xi-Tong Park Major Industry Project Investment Fund is a regional sub-fund of the Nantong Major Industry Project Investment Fund. It completed its registration on April 23 this year and officially received its establishment approval from the Nantong Municipal People's Government on June 12. This time, the Su-Xi-Tong Park Major Industry Project Investment Fund has selected Tongfu Microelectronics' "112" project as its first investment, primarily due to its promising growth prospects. Once operational, the project will enable large-scale industrialization of China's most advanced packaging technology, introducing industry-leading wafer-level packaging and testing production lines. This will allow the fund to provide high-end and mid-range application chip packaging and testing services to leading domestic and international semiconductor manufacturers.

　　This project signing is a strong demonstration of the park's commitment to implementing the spirit of the 10th Plenary Session of the 12th Municipal Party Committee. Moving forward, the park will continue to focus on addressing Nantong's "Four Development Questions" and achieving "Three All-Round Goals," benchmarking against industry leaders, identifying gaps, and innovating new pathways—all in an effort to make meaningful strides in supporting industrial development through fiscal measures. While strengthening the management of existing industry funds, the park will also accelerate the establishment of its master fund, paving the way for the successful implementation of major projects in the Su-Xi-Tong region and relentlessly driving Nantong's high-quality development forward.
