Zhang Xiaoping, Executive Deputy Director of the Group’s Safety Committee, chaired the meeting and read out the "Notice on Adjusting the Safety Production Committee of Tongfu Microelectronics Group." Dai Jinwen, Director of the Group’s Safety Committee Office, conveyed the spirit of the government document and briefed attendees on the company group’s safety performance in the first half of the year, as well as outlining the plans for the second half. Leaders from various departments across the Sutong, Hefei, Xiamen, Suzhou AMD, and Chongchuan plants then shared their insights and exchanged ideas on the progress of safety initiatives.
Finally, President Shi Lei delivered important instructions on the group’s safety initiatives. He emphasized that Tongfu Group has maintained a strong safety performance in the first half of the year, with no production-related accidents reported. Looking ahead, he urged all subsidiaries to sustain this positive momentum by prioritizing prevention, rigorously enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to safeguarding operations at every stage. President Shi also noted that, given the current complex situation across industries due to the ongoing pandemic, it is crucial to place safety squarely at the top of the agenda. He stressed that safety must always come first—above all else—ensuring not only smooth production but also robust risk management. By adopting a dual approach that balances both productivity and safety, the group can effectively uphold a stable and secure operational environment for Tongfu Group.
