On the afternoon of July 1, the group's Party Committee and Tongfu Microelectronics' Party Branch held their leadership transition elections, along with the group's Party Committee's celebration event marking the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, successfully at the Trade Union Club.

　　On the afternoon of July 1, the Group Party Committee and the Tongfu Microelectronics Party Branch held their leadership transition election and the Group Party Committee’s celebration event commemorating the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, successfully convening at the Trade Union Club. Over 300 attendees—including members of the Group Party Committee, members of the Tongfu Microelectronics Party Branch Committee, and all party members from across the group—participated in the meeting. The conference heard reports on the work conducted by the previous Tongfu Party Branch Committee and the Group Party Committee, and subsequently elected the new committees for Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Nantong Huada Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd., including members of the Party Committee and members of the Discipline Inspection Commission. The event was co-hosted by Shi Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Tongfu Microelectronics Party Branch, and Wang Jianrong, Deputy Secretary of the Huada Microelectronics Group Party Committee.

　　Zhang Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, delivered a work report titled "Embracing New Missions, Embarking on a New Journey" on behalf of the previous Party Committee. In his report, Secretary Zhang primarily reviewed the key achievements of the Group's Party Committee, analyzed the challenges and issues currently facing the Group as it moves forward, and outlined plans for future initiatives. He noted that, under the direct leadership of the CPC organization in Chongchuan District and with robust support from higher-level authorities, the Group's Party Committee has, through the concerted efforts of all party members, cadres, and employees, achieved steady growth in business performance and continued strengthening of Party-building efforts. Secretary Zhang emphasized that, amid the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic—where market conditions have become increasingly uncertain and unstable—only by maintaining a proactive and determined spirit, taking initiative, and stepping up to meet challenges head-on, can we successfully navigate these turbulent times and harness our collective wisdom and strength to overcome any obstacles ahead.

　　With the joint efforts of all Party members, the congress elected nine comrades—Shi Mingda, Zhang Xiaoping, and seven others—to the new-term Group Party Committee through a proportional election process and secret ballot. Additionally, three comrades, including Wang Jianrong, were elected as members of the new-term Group Party Committee Disciplinary Inspection Commission, while five comrades, led by Li Jinjian, were chosen as members of the inaugural Tongfu Microelectronics Party Committee.

　　At the meeting, Xia Xin, a member of the Group Party Committee, read out the decision on awarding recognition to outstanding Party branches, exemplary Party members, and outstanding Party affairs workers. Thirteen probationary Party members, led by the oath leader, stood in formation with their right hands clenched into fists, solemnly reciting the oath of joining the Party in front of the Party flag.
