On April 28, a team of tax service experts proactively delivered "warm-hearted" tax优惠政策 directly to companies, ensuring that Tongfu Microelectronics' finance team could fully access and benefit from both tax incentives and convenient services—all without leaving their offices. The expert team comprises seasoned professionals from the Chongchuan District Tax Bureau, as well as the First and Second Tax Divisions of the Municipal Tax Bureau. Led by Liu Hongmei, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Tax Bureau, the team adopted a targeted, one-on-one mentoring approach to provide robust tax support for enterprises resuming operations. Meanwhile, tax officials and business representatives engaged in active, two-way interactions—sharing best practices, exchanging ideas, and openly discussing suggestions—to collaboratively devise effective strategies that not only aid in resuming production but also drive sustainable growth.

During the pandemic response period, large enterprises saw a 50% reduction in employer contributions for employee pension, unemployment, and work-related injury insurance during February and March. The municipal tax bureau even dispatched dedicated personnel to visit businesses, explaining these favorable policies and guiding companies on how to effectively utilize them, thereby alleviating cash-flow challenges. Additionally, the company promptly received its 2019 stable-employment return funds.
