On the afternoon of April 26, the unveiling ceremony for Tongfu Institute and the opening ceremony of its inaugural class were held grandly at the company’s trade union club. Attendees included Shi Mingda, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics and Honorary Dean of Tongfu Institute; Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics and Dean of Tongfu Institute; Yang Yumin, Vice President of Nantong University; Shen Weixing, President of Carnegie Corporation; faculty members from the institute’s teaching team, as well as over 100 leaders from various departments of Tongfu Microelectronics and participants of the first cohort. Lu Jia, Deputy General Manager of Tongfu Microelectronics, served as the master of ceremonies.

　　Mr. Lu provided an overview of Tongfu Academy’s preparation status, course planning, instructors, and graduation requirements. The academy’s inaugural class will consist of two groups—“Qihang” and “Tengfei”—composed of department-level and division-level managers selected from various departments. The company is committed to ensuring that all outstanding department- and division-level executives have the opportunity to participate in this training program, ultimately helping them become part of the company’s talent pool.
