The CPC Central Office and the General Office of the State Council's research team on resuming work and production visited Nantong Tongfu for an on-site investigation and held a symposium.

On March 18, Yu Guangzhou, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Director of the Economic Committee, led the CPC Central Office and the General Office of the State Council's research team on resuming work and production to visit and provide guidance at Tongfu in Nantong. Shi Mingda, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics, and Shi Lei, President of the company, briefed the delegation on the firm's progress in restarting operations.

Following this, the research team convened a symposium on Nantong's resumption of work and production in the company's conference room. President Shi Lei attended the meeting and delivered a speech, stating: "The epidemic has significantly impacted Tongfu's production and operations in the first quarter. However, since the company still enjoys relatively robust order volumes, the overall impact of the pandemic on Tongfu's business remains limited. Moving forward, we will closely monitor how the global epidemic affects the economy and remain committed to achieving our annual targets."
