At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics, delivered the annual work report titled "Cherish the Golden Years, Achieve Our Goals—Uniting Hearts and Striving Unceasingly to Realize Tongfu’s Dream of High-Quality Development." He first reviewed and summarized the company group’s ten key achievements in 2019, expressing heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their hard work over the past year as they braved challenges and achieved the hard-won growth! He then delved into an analysis of the unique opportunities and challenges the group faces this year compared to previous years, posing the "Three Questions of the Times" and clearly outlining the guiding principles and objectives for 2020: "Focus on 'One Goal, Two Core Principles,' go all out to seize opportunities, pursue both speed and quality, and ultimately achieve high-quality development." Finally, he inspired everyone to reject mediocrity, deeply move customers, unite as one team, persistently strive forward, and resolutely reach our goals—working together toward our shared vision of a brilliant new chapter for Tongfu Microelectronics in the next decade!
At the annual meeting, the company also solemnly honored representatives who were awarded the titles of "Operation Expert," "Quality Pioneer," and "Top 10 Outstanding Employees of 2019," as well as recipients of the 2019 Science and Technology Progress Award.
The Tongfu Microelectronics New Year Gala kicked off with a rousing rendition of the song "Country." Tongfu Microelectronics Chairman Shi Mingda delivered the opening Spring Festival greetings, extending his warmest wishes to all Tongfu employees—both at home and abroad—as well as their families. He encouraged everyone to successfully achieve the year's ambitious goals, emphasizing the importance of embracing a sense of ownership and responsibility. He urged them to step up, take initiative, act swiftly, and tackle challenges with smart, effective solutions—reminding them that no obstacle is insurmountable. Finally, he sincerely wished that good fortune would "mouse" its way straight to Tongfu—and to each and every one of us!
The gala featured one captivating performance after another—New Year’s greetings videos sent in by various sites, business teams, and operations teams across the group, perfectly building the evening to a thrilling climax. Standout acts included A2’s creative show, "Basketball Show & Wild Wolf DISCO"; T2’s elegant waltz dance, "The Next Second"; A1’s lively song-and-dance routine, "Run"; and IT’s humorous skit, "IT Twelve Hours"—each earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.
There were also many other performances that left a lasting impression. T1 presented the workwear show "The Most Beautiful Tongfu People," which celebrated the dedicated and professional spirit of frontline workers by showcasing uniforms in various colors. The Power Department’s dance "National Charm" exuded an elegant, ancient style while proudly promoting China’s time-honored cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the Sutong Factory dazzled audiences with their graceful dance "Zhi Fu Zhi Fu," captivating everyone with its enchanting movements. Lastly, the Trade Union Staff Art Troupe treated the audience to a dreamy visual feast, performing the charming hand-drum ensemble "Let's Beat the Hand Drum and Sing" and the mesmerizing dance "Dream Among Flowers."
Chairman Shi Mingda passionately performed the song "Just Like You," President Shi Lei delivered a heartfelt rendition of "Me and My Motherland," and Group Chief Operating Officer Xia Xin captivated the audience with her moving interpretation of "Wild Geese"—each performance beautifully showcasing the remarkable talent and charisma of the company's leadership team.
