Secretary Lu conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s key areas, including liquid nitrogen production, storage, and liquid ammonia storage facilities. He emphasized the need to rigorously enforce the primary responsibility of enterprises, ensuring that enterprise leaders truly fulfill their duties as the first persons responsible for safety production. Additionally, he stressed the importance of strengthening comprehensive, all-around safety management throughout the entire process and across all time periods. In particular, chemical management within the plant premises must strictly adhere to relevant regulations, ensuring that facilities are fully equipped, personnel are properly on duty, and daily operations are meticulously managed—ultimately guaranteeing safe production.
