At the Business Center QBR and Half-Year Summary Conference, Jiang Feng, Deputy General Manager of the Business Center, delivered a report titled "Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Strengthening Core Competitiveness." He introduced the collaborative philosophy of "clear division of labor, well-defined responsibilities, proactive initiative,勇于承担 [willingness to take responsibility], clear goals, and unwavering commitment to achieving our mission," while also sharing mainstream industry market trends and emerging opportunities through a mind map. Meanwhile, heads of sales, sales management, and project management from each region within the Business Center provided detailed updates on regional sales performance, customer service status, and project progress, followed by insights into their outlook for the second half of the year. The company’s COO and general managers of each site then engaged in an interactive discussion. At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Shi Mingda and President Shi Lei delivered keynote speeches, emphasizing that all leaders and colleagues across departments must work together with full dedication under the new business environment, prioritizing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, bolstering our competitive edge, and driving significant improvements in our overall business performance.

At the first-half summary conference of the Operations Center, more than 70 key leaders and core personnel from the Chongchuan Factory, Hefei Factory, Sutong Factory, as well as representatives from various functional departments at headquarters attended the meeting. The conference focused on six key areas—factory operational performance, quality management, production management, intelligent manufacturing, efficiency enhancement, and engineering capability improvement—reviewing the efforts, achievements, challenges, and shortcomings made in operations during the first half of the year. Based on these insights, the team formulated targeted overall objectives and a detailed action plan for the second half, clearly outlining the direction for the smooth execution of tasks in the upcoming phase.

The President and Chairman delivered important instructions at the meeting. President Shi emphasized that, in the current market environment, we at Tongfu must embrace the mindset that "everyone is a manager," thereby elevating our overall operational and management capabilities. He highlighted that our NPI department is the most critical business unit when it comes to products, urging us to gain deep insights and conduct thorough research on product costs, competitor dynamics, supplier relationships, and more—ultimately striving to enhance our products' competitiveness across the board. President Shi also stressed the importance of strengthening synergies: functional departments should clearly define their managerial roles, while the group as a whole must bolster both its collaborative strength and flexibility. Moreover, business operations and daily activities need to work in unison, with each site within the group joining forces to boost engineering capabilities effectively. Finally, President Shi called on all colleagues to focus squarely on driving operational efficiency, placing a top priority on significantly boosting sales revenue. All factories are tasked with further refining, detailing, and implementing their strategies for the second half of the year—and among these priorities, improving efficiency, especially equipment efficiency, must remain a key area of emphasis. Lastly, he urged our managers to cultivate a proactive spirit, take ownership of their responsibilities, and bravely step forward to assume the vital role of ensuring the company’s sound growth and sustainable development.
