At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics, delivered the annual work report titled "Working Together for Steady Progress, Striving to Usher in a New Era of High-Quality Development at Tongfu." He first reviewed and summarized the company group's achievements across 11 key areas in 2018, highlighting the opportunities and challenges currently ahead. He then clearly outlined the guiding principles of "pursuing steady progress while embracing hard work and striving for excellence," along with the company's objectives for 2019. Finally, he encouraged everyone to stay confident, aim for excellence, and boldly forge ahead in achieving high-quality development at Tongfu amid steady growth!

Mr. Shi Mingda, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics, delivered a New Year greeting, extending his warm wishes to all colleagues both at home and abroad. He encouraged everyone to stay steady yet ambitious in the coming year, continuously striving for excellence and writing a new chapter of high-quality development for the company.

At the annual meeting, the company also proudly honored representatives who were awarded the 2018 "Operation Expert," "Quality Pioneer," and "Top Ten Outstanding Employees," as well as the 2018 Science and Technology Progress Award.

The gala was packed with one captivating performance after another, as videos celebrating the New Year—courtesy of various sites, offices, and business teams across the group—sparked the evening's exhilarating climax. Highlights included A3’s song-and-dance rendition of "Desert Camel," the spirited martial arts routine "Tongfu Great Wall" presented by the General Affairs Department, the lively dance "Tongfu Girls" from the Sutong Factory, and A2’s heartwarming mini-chorus performance of "The Most Beautiful Expectation." Each act earned thunderous applause and enthusiastic cheers from the audience, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.

There were also many other performances that left a lasting impression. A1 Assembly Department’s "Three-and-a-Half Sentences" skit, titled "Welcoming the New Year with Prosperity," was packed with witty lines that had the audience laughing uncontrollably. T2 presented "Wind Blows Over the Wheat Fields," a vibrant show combining singing, dancing, and musical performance, transporting everyone straight into a sea of golden wheat waves. Meanwhile, the Technical Center’s dance routine, "Dancing Youth," perfectly captured the boundless energy and vitality of youth. T3’s small choir rendition of "The Song of Quality" celebrated the company’s remarkable achievements in quality management, while the Power Department wowed the audience with their enchanting dance, "Glimmering Starlight Waltz," offering a truly mesmerizing visual experience.

Chairman Shi Mingda, together with senior executives, passionately performed the song "Friends," while President Shi Lei delivered a stunning rendition of the classic track "The Love of My Life." Meanwhile, Wendy, Deputy General Manager of the Business Center, beautifully sang "Night Fragrance" with heartfelt emotion.
