The conference officially kicked off amid the solemn sounds of the national anthem. During the meeting, Party Secretary Zhang Xiaoping delivered a special Party lesson on the theme "Strive in the New Era, Embrace New Responsibilities, and Achieve New Contributions." The conference also honored 42 outstanding Communist Party members, 16 exemplary Party workers, and four advanced Party branches. Additionally, five new party members took the oath to join the Party.
