Attending the meeting were Shi Mingda, Chairman of Tongfu Microelectronics; Shi Lei, President of Tongfu Microelectronics and Chairman of the joint venture company; Devinder Kumar, AMD’s CFO and Treasurer; Neoh Sunyi, General Manager of Penang Tongfu Supermicro; and Zeng Zhaokong (CK), General Manager of Suzhou Tongfu Supermicro, among others.
