Advantest is a globally leading supplier of semiconductor test equipment with a 60-year history. Since 2001, when Tongfu Microelectronics acquired Advantest's first HPC testing device, the two companies have been collaborating for the past 20 years.
For the past 20 years, the two sides have collaborated sincerely in the field of integrated circuit testing, jointly rising to become leading enterprises in China’s IC industry. In particular, in recent years, Advantest has continuously supported Tongfu Microelectronics in achieving new breakthroughs in advanced packaging products such as Memory and Driver ICs, thanks to its world-class equipment and cutting-edge technology.
