The meeting began with heads of key functional departments—including the Sales Department, Business Unit One, Business Unit Two, Wafer Division, and Quality Department—providing comprehensive reviews and summaries of their respective departments’ production and operational performance in the first quarter, as well as outlining their work plans for the second quarter. Following this, Shi Lei, the company’s General Manager, delivered a keynote speech titled "Keep Striving, Seize Opportunities, Unite in Solidarity, and Create New Glory." He highlighted that, thanks to the collective efforts of all colleagues, the company achieved an impressive start to the first quarter, earning well-deserved recognition. Mr. Shi encouraged everyone to reflect on both the achievements and areas for improvement from the first quarter, while clearly defining specific plans and action steps for the second quarter. He urged the team to stay motivated and committed as they push forward toward even greater success this quarter—and beyond!
