The annual meeting began with a speech titled "Seize Opportunities, Overcome Challenges, and Strive Toward Our Set Goals," delivered by General Manager Shi Lei. He reviewed and summarized the company's achievements in 2015, provided a detailed analysis of the current business environment, and highlighted the company's operational targets and strategic approaches for 2016. During the meeting, the company also honored its outstanding employees, exceptional technical managers, and recipients of the Science and Technology Progress Award.

The gala kicked off with the energetic opening dance, "GAME ON." Employees from various departments showcased their talents through self-choreographed and performed acts, including a dynamic group singing of "My Future Is Not a Dream," a mesmerizing magic performance titled "Lightning Hands," a powerful solo rendition of "A Harmonious Home for Prosperity," a touching skit called "Good People Do Good Deeds," and even a heartfelt song, "Friends," performed jointly by the company's senior executives.
