In Nantong during the Dog Days of summer, temperatures continue to soar under the scorching sun and relentless heat waves. To boost the happiness index of employees and inspire their enthusiasm for work, Tongfu Microelectronics Union organized a "Cool Summer, Caring for Employees" initiative on July 14, delivering refreshing cool drinks to workers at the Chongchuan campus. Zhu Haibin, Chairman of the Union, Wu Pinzhong, Director of the Power Engineering Department, along with union committee members and employee representatives, attended the event.

　　At the慰问现场, Chairman Zhu presented boxes of salt soda to employees from departments such as the Power Engineering Division who are working tirelessly on the front lines. He also reminded everyone to balance work and rest, take precautions against heatstroke and overheating, and ensure smooth production even under extreme temperatures.

　　During this event, the union distributed a total of 70 boxes of salt soda, allowing employees across departments—especially those working outdoors—to truly feel the thoughtfulness of their "family-like organization" and experience the union's genuine care. Everyone expressed their commitment to staying firmly at their posts, ensuring that all tasks continue to move forward smoothly and efficiently.
