The "Who is the Vocal Hero?" singing competition began preparations in August and spanned two months. A total of 45 contestants from various departments participated in the preliminary round, with the top 16 advancing to the finals. In their daily routines, the contestants diligently practiced, meticulously rehearsed, and carefully prepared during after-work hours—determined to deliver a spectacular audiovisual feast for the company employees. On the day of the final, it coincided with the company’s filming of a new promotional video. As drones captured stunning aerial footage on-site, enthusiastic audience members below erupted in spontaneous applause, cheers, and shouts of encouragement, propelling the atmosphere of the finale to an electrifying climax and igniting the contestants' passion for singing.

To deliver the most perfect performance to our employees, the Vocal Association and the Labor Union put meticulous effort into the final-stage setup—spending considerable time and energy on everything from the backdrop and side panels to the lighting effects, ultimately earning high praise from our staff. Before the finals concluded, Shen Sumin, Special Assistant to the President, Executive Deputy Director of the Presidential Office, and Director of Corporate Culture, took the stage on behalf of the company to deliver a heartfelt speech. Mr. Shen expressed gratitude to everyone for their dedication and hard work in ensuring the smooth execution of the finals. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, as the pandemic has been brought under better control, various cultural and sports associations have enthusiastically organized a wide range of vibrant activities, significantly enhancing employees' quality of life outside of work. As we enter the fourth quarter, the company is now fully focused on achieving our ambitious annual revenue target of 10 billion yuan. We encourage everyone to channel the passion from today's event into their daily roles, contributing even more to the company's continued growth and success.
