On the morning of February 8, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government convened a mobilization conference for the "Year of Breakthrough in Investment Promotion," comprehensively outlining the investment promotion strategies for 2022. The meeting urged all sectors across the city to further strengthen the clear guiding principle of "investment attraction first, projects paramount," and pledged to make every effort to achieve greater breakthroughs in investment promotion, thereby injecting strong momentum into Nantong's high-quality development.

　　At the meeting, the 2021 Annual Award for High-Quality Construction of Key Citywide Projects was presented. Tongfu Microelectronics President Shi Lei and Board Secretary Jiang Shu represented the company on stage to receive medals recognizing the "Top 10 Manufacturing Investment Projects," the "Top 10 Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel Projects," and the "Top 10 Completed and Put-into-Production Projects."

　　Also reported: On the morning of February 9, the Chongchuan District's 2021 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony, along with the kickoff event for the Year of Enhancing the Business Environment, was held grandly at the Gengsu Theatre. Tongfu Microelectronics was honored as the district's Outstanding Enterprise for High-Quality Development, while President Shi Lei was awarded the title of One of the District's Top Ten Entrepreneurs Who Made Pioneering Contributions.
