　　Faced with the current severe epidemic prevention and control situation, Tongfu Microelectronics Group has meticulously planned and rigorously implemented regular management measures to effectively tackle the pandemic. This includes thorough personnel screening and robust internal management practices, ensuring that epidemic prevention and control efforts are seamlessly integrated with production and operations—allowing both areas to be tackled firmly and effectively.

　　At the Tongfu Microelectronics nucleic acid testing sampling site, volunteers are guiding company employees to undergo testing in an orderly manner. Chongchuan District is conducting a full-staff nucleic acid testing stress test, and Tongfu Microelectronics, as one of the designated company testing sites, has responded swiftly and organized meticulously—establishing a WeChat work group and preparing a department-by-department, time-slot-specific testing schedule—to efficiently and smoothly complete the entire process. Over the two days of August 9th and 10th, the company will have tested nearly 10,000 people.

　　During the pandemic, Tongfu Microelectronics ensured thorough personnel screening and robust internal management. For its own employees, the company rigorously implemented measures such as temperature checks, health code verification, and travel history tracking. For visitors, in addition to these requirements, they were also asked to provide nucleic acid test reports and a "Commitment Letter on Epidemic Prevention and Control," while their travel histories were carefully reviewed. Moreover, for imported goods, the company prepared detailed logistics防疫 (epidemic prevention) reporting forms, ensuring comprehensive protection of both people and products—and firmly guarding the factory gate as the first line of defense.

　　Walking into Tongfu Microelectronics' production workshop, workers can be seen diligently and efficiently at work—each wearing a mask. Currently, the company is enjoying robust orders and strong sales performance. In the first half of this year, the company’s business results already surpassed last year’s full-year figures, and it’s projected that the annual revenue target will reach 14.8 billion yuan, representing a 38% increase compared to last year.
