　　The president emphasized that effective safety and fire prevention efforts hinge on leadership at all levels, as they are ultimately responsible for these initiatives. Today marks the launch of the company’s Fire Safety Month campaign, beginning with mandatory safety-certification training for leaders at every level. This training aims to foster a deep understanding of the new Safety Production Law, ensuring that everyone not only recognizes but also prioritizes safety—repeatedly emphasizing its importance—in both mindset and action.

　　The president emphasized that as we enter autumn and winter—the peak season for fires—we must maintain a strong sense of responsibility, remain vigilant, and leave no room for negligence to ensure that no accidents occur. Together, let’s work diligently to fully achieve our established AOP goals.

　　In the second phase of the event, Yang Zhaoxin, an expert from Nantong City’s Legal System Lecture Group for Law-Based Governance and the Nantong City-level Government Agencies’ Theoretical Propaganda Team, delivered a specialized training session on the new "Law on Work Safety" specifically tailored for the company’s production safety management personnel. Teacher Yang provided a detailed explanation of the practical significance and key highlights of the revised "Law on Work Safety," while also offering an in-depth analysis of several pivotal provisions. Additionally, the training incorporated case studies of typical accidents to underscore the critical importance of safety throughout the production process.

　　During the 5th "Fire Safety Month," the company will collaborate with three organizations—Special Fire Brigade, Tongfu Microelectronics, and Huada Microelectronics—to conduct a fire drill; showcase films themed around fire emergency rescue; host an inter-departmental firefighting skills competition combined with hands-on experience using emergency rescue equipment; enhance employees' skills in emergency medical response for injured individuals; and wrap up the month-long fire safety campaign with a variety of engaging activities.
