On the afternoon of June 30, the Group Corporation held a grand celebration marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, along with an awards ceremony honoring outstanding Party members, at the Trade Union Club. Shi Mingda, Chairman of the Group Corporation, attended the event and delivered an important speech. Li Jinjian, Secretary of the Group Corporation's Party Committee, presented a report on the organization's Party-building efforts. Nearly 300 participants, including members of the Group Corporation's Party Committee and representatives from various grassroots Party branches, gathered to reflect together on the Communist Party of China's unwavering commitment and original aspiration over the past century—and to passionately express their determination to forge ahead into a new era under the Party's steadfast leadership. The meeting was chaired by Wang Jianrong, Deputy Secretary of the Group Corporation's Party Committee.

　　On the large screen at the conference venue, the logo commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Party’s founding stood out gracefully and solemnly. The emblem for the celebration of the Party’s 100th anniversary and the subsequent Party Member Recognition Conference was particularly eye-catching, while the faces of the attending party members were filled with smiles. The conference officially kicked off as all the party members joined in singing the national anthem.

　　Secretary Li Jinjian first extended his heartfelt greetings on behalf of the Group Party Committee to all party members working diligently at their respective posts, as well as to our retired veteran party members! He also warmly congratulated the exemplary Party branches and individuals who have been recognized for their outstanding contributions. He pointed out that last year, in the face of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, the Group Party Committee promptly issued an initiative, steadfastly upholding the "five key measures" for effective prevention and control. As a result, Party branches and countless party members stepped forward to frontline positions, actively engaging in epidemic prevention and ensuring uninterrupted production—thus building an unwavering defense line that safeguarded both public health and operational continuity.

　　In 2020, the Group Party Committee carefully organized and successfully completed the election of party organizations at all three levels. It also collaborated with multiple units to launch joint Party-building initiatives. Meanwhile, individual party branches actively engaged in activities such as organizing "political birthday" celebrations for party members, while successfully admitting 13 new party members. Additionally, the committee conducted eight visits to offer care and support to party members facing difficulties and veteran cadres, as well as extended heartfelt condolences to 16 frontline抗疫 heroes who demonstrated exceptional dedication during the pandemic. In the first half of 2021, the Group Party Committee prioritized党史学习教育 (Party history study and education) as a major, year-long political task, seamlessly integrating it with a series of events celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. This initiative aimed to transform party members' unwavering faith, confidence, and enthusiasm into concrete actions—driving them to overcome challenges, innovate, and contribute to the company's growth and development. To achieve these goals, the Party Committee leveraged various platforms, including centralized study sessions, collaborative Party-building projects, and strategic partnerships, while encouraging party members to delve into the inspiring stories of the revolutionary past. Meanwhile, individual party branches revitalized their commitment by revisiting the入党誓词 (Party membership oath), reciting designated reading materials, and celebrating the "political birthday" of each member—all designed to embed Party history learning deeply into every stage of the process, thereby nurturing the intrinsic motivation of party members. Looking ahead, the Group Party Committee will further strengthen its evaluation mechanisms for Party building efforts, continuously elevating the overall quality of Party work within the organization. This proactive approach ensures that Party building remains firmly aligned with—and even enhances—the Group’s broader corporate influence and impact.

　　To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, this conference organized, for the first time, a collective oath-taking ceremony attended by all party members, with Zhu Haibin, a member of the Group Party Committee, serving as the lead oathsman. The passionate vows of every party member resonated deeply throughout the venue, echoing long after the ceremony concluded.

　　At the meeting, the decisions recognizing outstanding Party branches, excellent Party members, and outstanding Party affairs workers were announced. Shi Jiajia, Yao Honglin, Yong Faming, and Tang Yaping took to the stage one by one to deliver speeches on behalf of the new Party members, outstanding Party members, the advanced Party branch, and the distinguished Party affairs worker, respectively.

　　At the conclusion of the meeting, Shi Mingda, Chairman of the Group Corporation, delivered a keynote speech. He said, "Looking back at the century-long history of our Party, we have shouldered the historic mission of saving the nation, revitalizing the country, and strengthening it—always serving as the vanguard for the Chinese people and the Chinese nation. Together with people of all ethnic groups across the country, we fought bravely through bloodshed, persevered in arduous exploration, and ultimately forged unprecedented achievements that will endure for millennia, writing a glorious chapter etched into the annals of time. What seems ordinary is often the most extraordinary; what appears effortless is, in fact, fraught with difficulty."

　　The Chairman pointed out that we are living in a great era—a time when we can truly make a difference. By acquiring and integrating AMD’s two packaging and testing facilities, we’ve established a robust, domestically controlled safety framework for the packaging and testing of China’s indigenous CPUs and GPUs. Moreover, our cutting-edge advancements in areas such as storage technologies and display drivers have placed us at the forefront of innovation, not only contributing tangibly to the localization of China’s integrated circuit industry but also laying a solid foundation for our own sustained growth. Let’s all recognize that our hard work goes far beyond earning a paycheck—it directly benefits our nation and strengthens our industrial capabilities. Indeed, "serving the country through industry" is no empty slogan. Today, we stand at the threshold of an unprecedented opportunity for development. We must seize this moment with determination and resolve. As Communist Party members, we must embody the heroic spirit of "advancing bravely despite adversity," maintaining an unwavering fighting spirit that dares to "transform the heavens and earth."
