Chairman Shi Mingda mentioned in his speech that Zhang Zhiben's philanthropic endeavors improved people's livelihoods, elevated the level of social civility, and helped propel Nantong toward early modernization. The invaluable humanitarian spirit of charity left behind by Mr. Zhang calls for us to further carry it forward. Inspired by Mr. Zhang Zhiben, Chairman Shi has dedicated decades to consistently working toward a noble cause: striving to give back to his hometown and repay his motherland through industry and charitable initiatives.

Mr. Shi pointed out that focusing on the real economy is the very foundation of philanthropy. As entrepreneurs in the integrated circuit industry, we deeply understand that a company's growth is directly linked to the overall advancement of China's IC sector and national security—thus, we feel an immense sense of responsibility. That's why we remain steadfastly committed to our core business of chip packaging and testing, staying fully dedicated to this mission without distraction. We firmly keep in mind the General Secretary's instructions, carrying forward the pioneering spirit of Zhang Zhiben, while continuously elevating our enterprise's capabilities. Together, we strive to build a self-reliant and controllable IC industry chain for the nation, contributing decisively to elevating China's IC packaging and testing technology to world-class levels.

When discussing corporate social responsibility, Chairman Shi said with deep emotion: "As the Vice President of Nantong Charity Federation, I have always taken Mr. Zhang Jian as my role model, actively and proactively embracing social responsibility and doing my utmost to give back to the nation, society, and people. Through significant donations, contributions to epidemic prevention and control, disaster relief efforts, social welfare initiatives, educational support, and even by establishing the Huada Charitable Relief Fund within our company, we have collectively donated over 17 million yuan so far. As our company continues to grow, we are steadily increasing our investments in charitable and public welfare activities—and I’m determined to keep this commitment going for the long term."

At the conclusion of his speech, Chairman Shi shared Mr. Zhang Jian’s famous quote: "Heaven creates people just as it does plants and trees—there’s no essential difference. But if one dedicates oneself to a few meaningful endeavors, they will live on alongside the plants and trees, rather than rotting away with them." He encouraged everyone to take this wisdom to heart.
