The Global Top 10 Test and Packaging Companies List Released: Tongfu Microelectronics Stands Firm at No. 5, with Growth Rate Ranking First Among All.

The ChipInsights Research Institute recently released its global ranking of the top 10 packaging and testing companies. The list reveals that total revenue for the packaging and testing industry grew by 12.36% in 2020 compared to 2019, surpassing 210 billion yuan and reaching 213.7 billion yuan. Notably, the top 10 companies accounted for 179.4 billion yuan in revenue, representing a 12.87% increase from 159 billion yuan in 2019.

The list reveals that overall revenue in the packaging and testing sector grew by 12.36% in 2020 compared to 2019, surpassing 210 billion yuan and reaching 213.7 billion yuan. Notably, the top 10 companies accounted for 179.4 billion yuan in revenue, representing a 12.87% increase from 159 billion yuan in 2019.

　　The biggest change in the 2020 rankings was Tongfu Microelectronics surpassing RMB 10 billion in revenue, firmly securing its position as the world's fifth-largest packaging and testing firm—and further solidifying its status as China's second-largest packaging and testing manufacturer.

　　Among the top 10 companies in 2020, all but United Tech experienced varying degrees of growth, with seven of them posting double-digit growth rates. The top three companies in terms of growth were Tongfu Microelectronics (30.46%), ChangElectra Technology (19.09%), and ASE Technology Holding (14.85%).
