In the afternoon on July 1, the Party Committee of the Group held the 101st Anniversary of the Founding of the Party & Party Member Commendation Conference in the union club. Nearly 300 people attended the conference, including members of the Party Committee and the Party Branch of the Group. The conference was hosted by Wang Jianrong, the Depty Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group.

The conference was kicked off along with the singing of the national anthem. At the beginning, Li Jinjian, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group delivered the sincere greeting on behalf of the Party Committee of the Group to Party members working on each line and retired Party members! He delivered congratulations to commended advanced Party branches and individuals! Mr. Li said: “since the last ten days of March this year, the epidemic that broke out in Nantong has affected Chongchuan Factory, Sutong Factory and Tongfu Tongke. After upgrading of the epidemic prevention and control measures in the downtown, people flow and logistics in the whole city were suspended. All of these brought huge challenges to the Company’s production and management. The Party Committee of the Group adhered to the working guideline of “preventing epidemic and guarantee normal production” and issued an initial written proposal at the first time. Party branches established Party member vanguard teams and voluntary service team and led all the Party members and employees to unite as one continuously, which guaranteed the Company’s stability of epidemic prevention and control, safety production and management and contributed “the Party organization strength” to the victory of epidemic prevention & control and normal production.”

Mr. Li pointed out: “over the past year, the Party Committee of the Group has implemented in-depth Party history learning education; has carried out a series of Party building cooperation activities with government authorities and banks; has insisted on requiring Party members to learn theories and helping them establish a solid ideological basis; has kept strengthening system building and has tried to improve the level of Party building work; has finished recommendation of Party representatives and election at expiration of office terms of NPC representatives; has finished the Party member development work, condolence of Party members in difficulties and other Party building work as scheduled by meeting the quality and quantity requirements.”

Over the past year, the Party Committee of the Group has won titles of 2021 District Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization; district excellent Party building brand of the method of “working with enterprise representatives to promote industry development, working with rural representatives to promote village revitalization and working with community representatives to improve the governance efficiency”; and has assisted in finishing shooting of the district major Party member education serial Somebody Always Young.

On the conference, the Party Committee Member of the Group Zhu Haibin led new Party members to take a collective oath; Party committee member Shi Feng read the commendation decision on advanced Party branches, outstanding Party members and outstanding Party workers; Chen Mei, Yan Junyan, Gao Guohua and Chen Tingyu delivered a speech respectively on behalf of new Party members, advanced Party branches, outstanding Party members and outstanding Party workers.

The conference convened all the Party members to take previous achievements as a new starting line, take the new mission resolutely, make new progress hand in hand, make new achievements by overcoming difficulties and hardships, unite and struggle to create new glories and welcome the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party with practical actions and excellent performance.
